Meridith Fix is a certified coach and speaker who helps women navigate the disruptions of menopause with clarity, confidence, and resilience. With decades of experience leading large-scale transformation and innovation initiatives in the corporate tech world, Meridith knows exactly what it takes to move through complex change—and come out stronger on the other side.
She now brings that same blend of empathy, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving to a more personal transformation: helping women take back control of their health and mindset in the face of hormonal upheaval.
In the innovation space, Meridith learned to obsess over identifying the root problem, uncover quick wins, and create meaningful impact with small, intentional changes. She applies that same framework to menopause—breaking down what’s really going on beneath the symptoms, and helping women make simple, sustainable shifts that lead to real relief and long-term results.
