I know exactly what it feels like.

I was going through a divorce. Mother of two teenage girls. COVID hit. I was working crazy hours. I was exhausted. Overwhelmed emotionally, I assumed it was just the stress.

But something deeper was going on. Everything seemed off. I didn’t feel like myself. And I couldn’t figure out why.

So I did what I do when there is a problem to be solved. I turned to Google. Desperate for answers, I stumbled across a word I’d never heard before: perimenopause.

Suddenly, the symptoms started to make sense. I wasn’t crazy or weak or too emotional. I was going through something no one prepared me for. When I realized I didn’t have to keep suffering, I took action.

Now I’m on a mission to help other women do the same. Because once you understand what’s really going on, you can take control, reclaim your body, and emerge stronger than ever.
